New direct service from Gothenburg to Split with Norwegian

Norwegian is now expanding the European traffic and starts a new direct service to Split from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport. Norwegian will offer the service to the popular Croatian destination two times a week.

Croatia has always been a popular destination for western Swedes, and there is a great demand for routes to Split. This demand is now met by Norwegian offering the region a new direct route.

"We are pleased that Norwegian is expanding their European traffic at Gothenburg Landvetter. From March we will be able to offer two direct routes to Split from our airport, giving the travelers in the region even more departures to choose from", says Charlotte Ljunggren, Airport Director at Göteborg Landvetter Airport.

The Gothenburg Landvetter – Split service will be operated by Norwegian twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays starting 30th March 2017.

In addition to the new destination Split, Norwegian offers 14 routes from Gothenburg Landvetter: Alicante, Barcelona, Chania, Las Palmas, London, Madrid (from August 2016), Malaga, Nice, Palma de Mallorca, Pristina, Rome, Stockholm, Salzburg and Tenerife.
