Swedavia and Norwegian Reward form partnership to provide airport parking benefits

In partnership with Norwegian Air Shuttle, Swedavia continues to develop its range of parking products for members of the airline’s Norwegian Reward customer loyalty programme. These parking benefits are currently available at five of Swedavia’s airports. Åre Östersund Airport, from which Norwegian will launch service to Stockholm in December, will soon be the sixth.

With the partnership, Norwegian Reward members who prebook parking at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, Göteborg Landvetter Airport, Malmö Airport, Umeå Airport or Luleå Airport earn up to 10 per cent CashPoints. These parking benefits will also be available at Åre Östersund Airport when Norwegian begins flying there from Stockholm in December.

In addition to 10 per cent CashPoints, Norwegian Reward members also get a guaranteed parking space. Parking is booked online at www.norwegianreward.se.

“Norwegian is one of our biggest airline customers, and we are pleased that we can develop our partnership, along with establishing new routes, by now also including parking. With the new prebooking system, we also have the opportunity to better optimise access to parking spaces, which benefits all passengers who park at our airports,” says Vita Andrews, head of Parking and Entry at Swedavia.

“Norwegian Reward is one of the fastest growing customer loyalty programmes, with more than one million members in Sweden and more than eight million members globally. Through this partnership, Swedavia can also offer our members parking benefits at their airports, which we are really pleased about,” said May Haukedahl Wilson, Head of Partnerships på Norwegian Reward.
