Karl Eklund named new airport director of Stockholm Arlanda Airport as well as director at Swedavias two Stockholm airports
Swedavia has appointed Karl Eklund to be the new airport director of Stockholm Arlanda Airport as well as director of Swedavias airports in Stockholm - Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Bromma Stockholm Airport. Karl Eklund has worked most recently as Deputy CEO of SAS Ground Handling Sweden and has extensive experience from previous executive positions and assignments in the aviation industry. He will take over the position on February 1, 2023.
Karl Eklund is currently Deputy CEO of SAS Ground Handling Sweden and is also responsible for the Passenger Handling & Commercial business area. His previous positions include Head of Global Digital Sales at SAS and Director Leisure & Online Travel Agents in Scandinavia. He has also worked at Eniro and Servisair.
