Passenger increase at Swedavia’s airports in February
The number of passengers who flew to or from Swedavia’s ten airports in February 2018 was 2,895,000, which is an increase of about 1 per cent compared to the same period last year. The number of international passengers rose 4 per cent to 1,841,000, while the number of domestic passengers fell 3 per cent to 1,054,000.
February also saw a steady increase in passengers at Swedavia’s airports. At Stockholm Arlanda Airport, passenger volume was up 2 per cent to 1,804,000 passengers. At Göteborg Landvetter Airport, passenger volume was also up 2 per cent to 453,000.
At Swedavia’sother airports, relatively small changes were noted in passenger volume except for Åre Östersund Airport, where passenger volume increased 12 per cent to 59,000, and Bromma Stockholm Airport, where passenger volume fell 3 per cent to 189,000 passengers.
